I am a family & systemic constellation facilitator.
I support individuals and communities in releasing patterns, restoring systemic balance, and reconnecting with nature-based wisdom. My work integrates family constellation, shamanic healing, somatic awareness and ceremonial practice.
My path
I come from Northeastern Hungary, from the Carpathian Basin, and belong to the first generation of my family raised in Budapest. I encountered family constellations in high school, and from that moment, I was deeply drawn to the invisible forces that shape human systems — collective memory, justice, belonging, and the unconscious dynamics within families and societies.
This interest led me to study law.
While working as a jurist, I began to feel the limitations of contemporary legal systems — their fragmentation, anthropocentrism, and separation from relational and sacred ways of knowing. At the same time, a personal illness intensified and became a threshold in my life.
I stepped away to seek healing on my own terms.
I moved to the Netherlands to study design and art, where I explored embodiment, indigenous cosmologies, and relational worldviews. During this time, I deepened my understanding of how justice and healing are held in indigenous traditions — not as abstract systems, but as living relationships.
Over the years, my path brought me back to my roots — to lineage, land, and ancestral remembering.
Today, my work weaves together systemic constellation, somatic practice, shamanic healing, and ceremony facilitation. I hold spaces where inherited burdens can be released, different choices can be made, unseen stories can be visible, and systems can find restoration.
I studied family constellation from Dr Ildikó Pusztai, energy healing from Judit Oli, somato-psycho studies from Brigitta Fekete, and shamanic healing from Judit Hatfaludi, Éva Sinkovitz, Jonathan Horwitz, and Zara Waldebäck.
