About

Viktória weaves together family constellations, ancestral healing, shamanic practice, and facilitation to create spaces where deeper truths can emerge.

Viktória was born into a lineage rooted in the Carpathian Basin. As a child, she often felt different because of her heightened sensitivity and openness to her environment. As the firstborn, she tried to shape herself to fit expectations and mute her senses.

As a teenager, she encountered family constellations, which opened a door to her interest in understanding her sensitivities and the patterns and dynamics within her family and lineage. This understanding inspired her to look at injustice through a systemic lens and led her to study law, with the hope of contributing to a more just society through law.

Life, however, led her in a different direction. A period of illness and deep solitude became a threshold in her life, bringing her into a deeper relationship with her body, her spirit, and the wisdom of life. This experience led her to deepen her shamanic practice, her work with family and systemic constellations and ceremony, and her learning from the plant world and traditional approaches to understanding our relationship with life and the natural world.

Growing up in the Carpathian Basin, where her ancestors had lived for generations, she gradually developed a close relationship with her lineage. Over the years, she learned from the shamanic wisdom of the place and discovered the importance of belonging through the land.

She continues to learn with humility while creating spaces where difficult experiences can be met with care, presence, and support—so people do not have to walk through them alone. She facilitates gentle and kind spaces where people can encounter what separates them from their essence and reconnect with the wisdom of the natural world within.

She remains deeply grateful to her family, teachers, friends, and the plant world, whose love and guidance continue to nourish both her life and her work.

Practice

What guides her work.

  • Remembering our place in relationship

With ourselves, our ancestors, our communities, and the living world.

  • Presence over performance

Creating spaces rooted in deep listening, respect, and compassion, where people can meet themselves honestly and without judgment.

  • Curiosity over certainty

Noticing what is emerging with openness rather than forcing outcomes.

  • Belonging over separation

Supporting people in finding their place within themselves and within larger systems.

  • Facilitating by following

Trusting the intelligence of the knowing field and supporting what naturally seeks to unfold.

  • Nature as Healer

Honouring the living intelligence of the natural world, while guiding the process with care and the right questions.

  • Ceremony as container

Creating spaces of safety, protection, and honesty where transformation unfolds and all participants are part of the medicine.

Dandelion Feast

A protocol to eliminate legal waste from Earth bodies

Applying the protocol helps the practitioner to self-diagnose where the separation from land lives in their body and offers practical steps to reconnect with what has been forgotten. This protocol was born from a co-creative relationship with Dandelion, who took me by the hand and guided me through the wisdom weeds, contact with wild gardens and their savage guardians, shamanism, and the wisdom of the body of Earth.
